Alana De La Garza is an exquisite actress who has been leaving an imprint on the small screen. De La Garza's parents were the Irish-Americans and Mexicans. She was born in Columbus, Ohio on the 26th of December in 1976. Within a short time she made the move to Texas to pursue her education in physical therapy at University of Texas. De La Garza did not keep her place in Texas for long. She soon transferred towards Orlando Florida, where she took on a number of parts as an actor, including commercials and local film productions. Despite the small parts she quickly discovered her passion for acting. After 2001, she relocated in New York where her first appearance was on the All My Kids' daytime soap opera as Rosa Santos. In the beginning of 2000 she appeared in minor roles on JAG Las Vegas and Two and a Half Men. She was cast in her first big role in 2004's short comedy The Mountain. De La Garza starred as Maria Serrano alongside top TV actors like Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley, Anson Mount and Mitch Pileggi. In 2006, she was A.D.A. on Law & Order. Connie Rubirosa. She appeared on 85 episodes. Then she joined the brief, but short-lived spinoff Law & Order: LA. The particular character garnered De La Garza numerous nominations, including Best Supporting Actress - Television from the Imagen Foundation Awards and even a few ALMA Award noms. She was awarded the Impact Award in 2008 for her performance that stood out on dramatized television shows from National Hispanic Media Coalition. De La Garza landed a frequent role on CSI Miami a few moments later. Her role was Marisol Delko, who is the spouse of David Caruso's Horatio. She played the character Dr. Lena Solis in NBC's dark comedy Do No Harm. The series was cancelled after only two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. The actress is from Italian origin and also has a younger brother Cory who is ten years older than her. She was raised by a religious and conservative family. Milano was first introduced to acting at age seven old. She was accompanied by her babysitter on stage for auditions. Milano was one of the four girls selected from among thousands of hopefuls. Milano performed in television advertisements as well as off Broadway shows, including the first American musical version to Jane Eyre.
